Vice President
Originally from London, England, Sophie moved to the Hawaiian Islands in 1990 and has been working event magic at Current Affairs for more than six years. Married with two beautiful daughters, she turned her dream wedding into reality, with a winter wonderland accentuated by blood red roses. An avid equestrienne—English, not Western—Sophie enjoys spending time with family, hiking, camping and skiing.

Master Designer & Director of Design
From
the design of stylized vignettes & stage sets, florals, linens,
lighting, sound and a complete array of entertainment, Steven offers an
amazing ability to combine form and design with function to set the
mood for each and every event that his hands touch. Hailing from sunny
San Diego, Steven brings more than 15 years of experience to his new
position at Current Affairs, most recently serving as vice president of
sales and marketing for White Lotus Productions. He has been known to
“create the magic of the moment from large scale celebrity events to
small, intimate gatherings.”

| Mary Ann Sullivan
Event Manager
Always
an island girl, first in Guam and then in Hawaii, Mary Ann joined
Current Affairs in 2006. She’s been involved in planning and producing
events of all sizes from birthday celebrations to holiday parties to
large corporate events. Her next big project includes planning her own
wedding, which in a dream world would take place on Lanai, where she
and her fiancé became engaged. When not helping make event memories,
Mary Ann can be found spending time with her husband,
testing her skills at the driving range, watching a movie or going to
the beach. |
