Pegasus may be a mythical winged stallion, but every year it comes to life at “Pegasus Night.” This special event for our Client’s Elite Sales Team changes locations each year and was previously held in Athens, the Maldives and Dubai before coming to Hawaii earlier this year. Due to the significance of the evening, our Client asked us to build the event around a focal centerpiece that would be sure to steal the show! Our Team loved being able to get creative with the event theme – from start to finish – designing and executing an evening to remember.
As Guests arrived they enjoyed a cocktail reception before moving into the ballroom for a plated seven-course dinner. A custom gold arch entryway, with an oversized Pegasus sculpture on each side, was created to set the tone for the night’s main event.
At the center of the ballroom hung a custom 16-foot by 16-foot chandelier, comprised of hundreds of feet of intricate beading suspended 20 feet in the air. Our Team designed this extraordinary piece, working around the ballroom’s existing chandeliers and structured it to specifically fit the space.
Each table was adorned with custom Pegasus plates and standing chandelier centerpieces. Gold and teal accents were also incorporated throughout the event design. Guests enjoyed an exquisite seven-course meal that was accompanied by the sweet sounds of a string trio, complete with a harp, violin and stand up bass. Following dinner, Guests enjoyed an awards presentation and an inspirational speech by their CEO.
