Molokini Lookout
Strategically placed in the heart of one of Maui’s finest golf courses and overlooking the island of Molokini, the Molokini Lookout is the perfect location for a rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and any event, large or small. With its breathtaking views and romantic feel, The Molokini Lookout is one of our very favorite neighbor island escapes and one of the most in-demand for Maui private events. We produced an event featuring Kenny Loggins here and more recently we planned a beautiful dinner event at this location for a well-known photo company, which was in itself picture perfect!

The event was a glorious dinner for 300 Guests under the starlit sky. The meal was planned in a family style format in which various platters were brought to each table to share. The décor was thematically designed to pay tribute to the company’s iconic Corporate logo and colors. Once Guests were finished with the dinner portion of the evening, they were able to lounge on stylish white pleather furniture nestled beside the dance floor. The evening provided a spectacular memory for all involved and it would not have been the same without this idyllic location.
Makena Panoramic
The 16th fairway at Makena Beach and Golf Resort on the sunny southern shore of Maui, also known as Makena Panoramic, is a 47,500-square-foot, lush green location perfect for large, elaborate events. The manicured lawn boasts panoramic views of Makena Bay to the right, Pu’u Ola’i to the left and the West Maui Mountains behind you, not to mention the luxurious blue Pacific Ocean directly in front.

The last event that we planned at this location was an exquisite Corporate gala for a popular software development company, which featured a variety of elaborate entertainment for Guests, including a helicopter arrival for VIP Guests, a pianist along with an amazing violinist, fabulous choreographed dancers and a 12 piece dance band capped off by a musical overlay to our Fireworks display. This ocean-themed gala located on the water’s edge also included specialty cocktails, stunning sea inspired centerpieces and so much more.
